There was an amazing turnaround at Hatrick Park where Rainey Old Boys ran in 25 unanswered points to beat sixth placed Instonians 39-17.  With three of the bottom four clubs winning, Rainey needed this bonus point victory to make absolutely certain of staying up.  Result of the day was at Chambers Park where Portadown beat Midleton to keep alive their hopes of avoiding the relegation play-off.

ULSTER SENIOR CUP - QUARTER FINALS

In the Nutty Crust Tournament, which gets under way this week, Rainey U19 play Ophir on March 17, with the winners going on to meet either Ballymena or Portadown on March 24. All games are at Chambers Park.

The latest winner of the 200 Club was Alan McLean.  Well done Raker!!
